In your service you are to achieve:
piloting Mechs with excellent performance and agility
true Aim
cooperate with others, to know and execute lance and unit maneuvers even without command, to hold the line and save your brothers in arms even when sacrificing yourself

Strive to outfit your Mechs in the following way:
At least 1 but preferably 2 of these: FF Armor, Endo Steel, XL Engine
Double Heat sinks
full max experience on the mech
full amount of MODS at maximum level


Before entering CW/Community Warfare:
4 Mechs matching the total tonnage
each and all with
At least 1 but preferably 2 of these: FF Armor, Endo Steel, XL Engine
Double Heat sinks
full max experience on the mech
full amount of MODS
No LRM. You must be sure and really doing damage in LRM mech even in matches where you got stomped and you must be able to spot your own targets at the same time, otherwise its the same like an afk pilot.

No LRMS period against clans. They are worthless due to the amount of ECM.

My unit is currently on vacation in Marik space and its a frackkin joke. THEY DO NOT ATTACK! EVAR! Seriously; everyday since we've been there they have had 4 attack lanes to choose from and I have yet to see 1 single attacker even que up. So instead of attacking en mass, which would give them a significant advantage they only defend in rainbow groups of unaligned pugs. The result is obvious; loss after loss. It also doesn't help that the skill level of the average pug this far south is what I would describe as less than optimal to be polite. I can't wait to go back to CSJ where the people on my TS know how to group up on comms, mount an organised attack or defense, and understands what Mouse button #1 is for.

Sorry to tell you, we haven't been able to muster a company to do anything in several months. I play frequently, and I haven't even seen 12 guys on the TS for such a long time...

I don't bother with TS much because of the low population (I know, it's a catch 22.) invite me anytime I am on and I will jump over.
