I purchased the Hankyu wave three pack on july 22nd 2015 but havent recieved it. I did however get the faction content which makes no sense. Can anybody help?

they are supposed to be injected on the hour after your payment has cleared, did you use a form of payment which takes a while to clear?

if you still have not received the pack send an email to accounts@mwomercs.com or billing@mwomercs.com and ask why you have yet to receive the Mechs
