I noticed that in every CW match, you are unable to switch to the 3rd per drone, like you can in the solo and (more often than not) pug matches. Why is that?

CW is considered to be the high skill game., the real mech simulator. Having a drone that enables you to peek outside of your actual sight lines is considered a cheat here, so it's disabled.

Yes, like SnagaDance said, anyway its good only for check your new camo or colors

Then should it not also be disabled for the solo pug drops as well,then? And truthfully, the only time I use it at all is to assess the damage to my Mech whilst cussing a blue moon. xd
