Modules are so amazingly expensive, and radar dep at least is basically compulsory to play properly and not get LRM barraged even when using cover decently... can we please have a 50% off module sale some time soon? Pleeeaaase???

They will go on sale, but only after you purchase one with all your c-bills at full price. It will also be a weekend sale so that you will not be able to take advantage of it.

I agree - and a weapon module sale at the same time. 6 million for a 5% increase in range is EXPENSIVE

It would be nice to get another one of these kinds of sales. They did have that weapon module only sale going on several months back.

IMO, PGI is really, really leery of putting the modules on sale. It sets the precedent, and it would create a situation where players would "know" if they waited long enough another sale would hit. I don;t think PGI wants to open that box, where players only spend the c-bills on sales for such a high cost item.

i could be wrong, perhaps they priced the modules as they are in anticipation of exactly just such a sale(built in higher price to counter the 35% off) and havent seen a need in the numbers to offer such a sale yet. It could also be they want to wait until they attach some MC prices to them or some thing. OR, are trying to figure out how to offer a C-bill for MC sale(buy c-bills) and a Module sale.

Either way, OP request is valid, but I wouldn;t get your hopes up.

I think it was like 7 months ago when there was a special sale for weapon modules.

It is 3m for a weapon module. Still expensive though.
