Happens when throttle decay is ticked.

When does it stop ?
What are you doing when it stops ?
What colour is your cat's fur ?
You know ... stuff that might help figure out why it happens and how to fix it ...

Simple as i just said. I just suddenly stops at random times present. The throttle goes from full engage to a full stop for no reason. Like it's getting a brake on while no full stop button is pushed.

First i thought it was my keyboard and changed batteries. But nope. Need more testing.

Is this a new problem for you (like after the last patch or so) or did you have it for longer ?

Are you looking at the scoreboard/battlegrid when it happens ? If so, yes it's an old issue ... for some people it stops happening if you go into full reverse once and then continue on your way, no guarantees, though.

Does it happen while you are walking around/fighting ? Try unplugging all unsused HIDs (Flightsticks, controllers, etc.) and see if it still happens. MWO doesn't very much like those dusty flightsticks sitting behind the monitor with their throttle-lever all the way up/down.

Thanks. Hmm. Just normal walking. Fairly new since the patch.

No. Not looking th Battlegrid. It just randomly stops full throttle.

Brandnew keyboard. I hope it isnt faulty. Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic. Fixed 'the stuck' keys before with this solution:

But i had never a full throttle stop on random times before.

Perhaps i need to repair the client and test in-game again.

Its odd and annoying when you cant move costing you your life.

Perhaps its thinking the S is stuck as a described above and that i cant press W.

Need to fiddle a bit more.
