===3050===

Commando COM-1C - 1xAC2 ballistic Commando (arm mounted ballistic hardpoints would have to be padded - e.g. a half dozen machine guns)

Firestarter FS9-S1 - ECM equipped FS9-S (could be balanced through adding negative quirks)

Hunchback HBK-4N - 1xBallistic 5xEnergy 2xMissile hardpoints (although several hardpoints might be backed pretty tightly in the right torso).

Trebuchet TBT-5S - Close range specialist version with SRM launchers and 3 medium lasers (maybe it would have an SRM quirk or repositioned missile launchers?).

Catapult CPLT-C3 - 2xArrowIV area effect missile launchers

Cataphract CTF-3L - MASC equipped (86 kmh), 1xLBX10, 4xMedium pulse lasers

Zeus ZEU-6Y - Fixed torso mount for a Binary Laser replacing the PPC (the Blazer does more damage than a large laser but produces much more heat - so it shouldn't be a balance problem especially if its duration is closer to a clan large laser).

Victor VTR-9A1 - Two extra machine guns are added (5 ballistic hardpoints?)

Stalker STK-3Fk - 6xMissile hardpoints, 6xEnergy?

Stalker STK-4P - Six energy but only three missile hardpoints. Lightened to 75 tons via refit (It would be the same size, but have a higher speed compared to identical looking Stalkers).

===3052===

Cicada CDA-3F - 8xJump Jets, 1xERPPC, 2xMedium lasers
Centurion CCN9-D3 - Equipped with TSM to allow 118 km/h when near overheat.
Blackjack BJ-2 - 2xER Large Laser, 4xSRM2
King Crab KGC-001 - The major change is the addition of SRM-2 launchers to both torsos

===Extinct in 3050===
Stalker STK-3Fb (taken away by the starleague)
Commando COM-1A (obsolete, 80 km/h version)

===Unknown===
JM6-H - May exist at this time in the peripheries, but is not seen in combat for ten years. 2xEnergy 2xBallistics, 6xRocket Launcher 15s

Banshee BNC-1E - 54 km/h and less effective armour, but additional energy hardpoints (two in table top).

Are there any that I'm missing?

There is an ECM Firestarter, the FS9-S1, it is identical to the S except that it swaps an ECM for the BAP on the stock model, I doubt we will ever see this, as it would be 7 energy and an ECM on a 150kph Light.

edit: removed easy to read quote now that OP is fixed

You should add a note to these ones...

"Huncback 4N" = grid iron hero mech but better, (more missiles and more energy).
"Victor 9A1" = dragon slayer but more energy and more ballistics.

Also you are missing I think it was the "Stalker 3Fb" I think? let me check... yep.
it is like the normal 3F but with ECM, 2 LRM 15's + A (so it has 15 tube launchers in arms, not 10's) and also no Side torso missile hardpoints. So unless having ECM is a massive advantage, it could inflate the side torso energy hardpoints by 2.
So 8E, 2M instead of the normal 6E 4M.

Another note:

Victor 9A1 is in the game files, source: Posted Image

It has some 'files' in the game atm but most likely uber nerfed and passed of as dragon slayer.

you should also note that it has an E in the side torso.(2 flamers). so it has min of 4E, 2B, 1M. which is already quite hard to ballance

There is also the fact the Cataphract 3L is in the game files as well and IS masc is also in the game files (as seen in smurfy) so like maybe it's the upcoming Cataphract for the gift store?

What's the problem, just take a look at the arctic cheetah, 142kph light with clan xl engine, ecm+clan probe, 6-7 energy hardpoint, double HS and FF armor :P

You missed these.

Griffin-1DS, location and type extra hardpoints would make it different.

Wolverine-6M, Energy in each arm and the head, missile rack plus extra mounts.

Wolverine-7D or 7H, a 6R wth upgraded tech, weapons and MASC.

Wolverine-7M, 2 Energy RA, 1 Energy RT, 1 Energy H, Missile LT, upgraded tech, weapons and MASC.

Thunderbolt-5Sb, take the 5S, replace Ballistics with Energy, add Energy to Head.

Thunderbolt-7M, take the 5S, move 1 Missile to the LT, upgraded tech, different quirks.

Battlemaster-1Gb, pure Energy boat, 1 per arm, 2 per side torso, 1 CT minimum.

Wasnt Zeus 6Y rather obscure variant,with very limited production run ? A half way primitive mech.
