So...I'm guessing that if you join a PUG match and you've got 50% new players in trial mechs, you can simply assume you're in the same skill range as they are. Never mind the fact that you've reached "Star Colonel II" or the equivalent. Doesn't mean a thing.

Try it during this event. See if you're placed where you should be.

not really, could be you are the only T2 in a match amongst many T3/s and T4's. given you can even reailse which of those trial mechs are trial mechs. the Scoreboard doesn't tell you this in the beginning.

Ya'll low levels are gonna have to get past me in Tier 5 before you think about moving up to the big dogs. I'm gonna be like the gate keeper for my scrub tier.

No, but paying attention to which mechs are out there for trials does.....and I've been doing that since the beginning.

Wandering around in third person, shooting at anything and everything kind of gives them away....as does the "how to move forward" questions they throw out.
