Hi I've been playing for some time and recently my computer had some issues such that I had to reinstall mechwarrior but was unable to uninstall it properly. Following a hard delete of MWO folders, the setup file for MWO couldn't uninstall it, and therefore install it, and showed me this log file:

Use CCleaner and clean your PCs registry. Make a backup beforehand - the program asks you if you want to make one.

Hey Glenn,

Can you try running through these steps when you get a chance and let me know how it goes:

Head to this link: http://support.micro...Uninstall</div>

Download and run the tool
Accept the terms
Select 'Detect problems and let me select the fixes to apply'
Select 'Installing'
Locate MechWarrior Online in the list
Click 'Next'
Select 'Yes, try uninstall'
Let the process complete, then attempt to install MWO as normal

yeah bobby there is no download file available at the link, says "
Sorry, the page you requested is not available."

i've done the ccleaner reg clean, says its clean but **** still happens too. is there something some where deep i can dig in to 'fool' the system into thinking there isn't something attached. its risky but i don't see how i can do it otherwise without reformatting my entire computer.
