... and if there are Elementals in Game ... it would be great if some Clan Mechs have Elementalcarrier. It´s some Time ago i read a Book and there was a Invasion from Dropships. Some Mechs took 4 Elemental with them.

I'd say they'd almost positively need the ability to latch to Omnis to make them work though. Otherwise they'd never get into the fight.

When combined armor is put in-game, the machines fielded by the pilots will include a wider variety of weaponry, so they are not helpless when a point of Elementals suddenly pops out of a building less than 100 meters away. Hands and jump jets will suddenly become that much more valuable, as they are both great for brushing off Elementals when no one else is around (or, at least, keep them too busy to do anything but hang on tight).
Having friends with flamers and machineguns will also be very handy; having to pick Elementals off your buddy's back with a Defiance Hammerfist would kind of suck.
On the other hand, though, I would not be disappointed if they never appear; mech-on-mech fighting is the best part of Battletech, IMHO, and having people running around in BA would get annoying.

You don't figh a mech with 1 Elemental, the fight in points of 5 elementals. 1 on 1, an elemental vs mech fights ends with a squished elemental. In fact in most 5 on 1 fights you end up with dead elementals and a damaged mech.
So just to re-cap. You want a unit that is slower then a mech, has short range weaponry and requires the close cooperation of five players to be effective against a mech (Let's see you do that with a PUG).
That doesn't sound at all fun to me and I think we can do without it.

I agree that elementals are part of what made the clan invasion and is an important part. But so are warships and aero. But first things first, put all the TRO mechs in to the current timeline then add other things as AI first then possibly as playable or as a separate game.
