To all Commanders of House Steiner,
With the continued advance of Clan Jade Falcon deeper into Steiner territory, the growing crisis approaching Tharkad itself is reaching a decisive conclusion.
As this war reaches a fever pitch, the Wolf's Dragoons, our most vital mercenary allies, have again become snared into meaningless vendettas with the Waco Rangers stationed on Epsilon. It seems likely that House Marik has actively plotted to weaken our potential defense against the Clan invaders by further stoking hostilities between the Rangers and Dragoons. The bulk of Dragoon strength is unfocused from the real threat as a result, and we must take action now if we are to solidify their mandate.
If we have any hope of meeting Jade Falcon with all possible strength we must turn the tide on Epsilon and acquit the forces of the Wolf's Dragoons from their frivolous and transparent distraction.
All attacking forces are hereby ordered to focus their strength toward claiming Epsilon from House Marik.
During the next three attack phases or until the planet is claimed (whichever comes first), the Marik-controlled planet of Epsilon will be the only available point of attack open for House Steiner forces. Our defenses will remain active for any planets currently under threat, but all attack forces will be focused entirely against Epsilon.
Assuming House Steiner successfully controls Epsilon at any point during this initiative, any Steiner warrior who participated in a victorious fight on Epsilon over the course of this initiative will receive a one-time reward of 4,000,000 C-Bills upon the successful capture of Epsilon.

GOAL
Take Epsilon. Place it under Steiner control by the above deadline.
REWARD CONDITIONS
If Epsilon is under Steiner control at any point before the above deadline, and you participated in at least one victory on Epsilon while aligned with Steiner during this initiative, you will receive a one-time reward of 4,000,000 C-Bills.
