They were stopped at Tukayyid. The result was a 15 year cease fire/ truce.

Clan forces do fight in the Terran system as part of the Coalition group that captured it from the Word of Blake at the end of the Jihad, though they weren't allowed to actually land combat troops on Terra itself and mostly fought in space and on Luna and Mars. As far as actually capturing it, no, the Clans have yet to do that.

Cool, thanks guys! I have most of the Twilight of the Clans books, but I'm holding off on reading further until I get the one I'm missing.

We got/are close in current IS Mapping (3143 AD), think we are set up strong on Skye (Loremasters correct me if I am wrong), based on information from "A bonfire of Worlds". I have a picture of the current (3140's) OZ/incursion. Will up load it later :)

actually even closer. (if you can read the small print). I had this made up for me on CBT forums, based on the books "Flight of the Falcon", "A Rending of Falcons" and "A Bonfire of Worlds"

Yeah, I believe Clan Jade Falcon's desant into Skye/Prefecture IX is the closest Clan territory gets to Terra so far. Both the Wolves and Jade Falcons seem to be setting up for a drive towards it after chewing up the Commonwealth in Bonfire; it would be interesting to see how they plan to actually get through Fortress Republic.

They need to make A Bonfire of Worlds into a physical book. I would buy it in a heartbeat. I can't stand reading books on a screen.

Actually Steel Wolves land on Terra and are just barely pushed back.

Also, there are theories that the Manei Domini were primarily members of Clan Wolverine and in that much of the WoB got suborned by the Wolverines which would that the clans temporarily controlled Terra if that was true.

Dark Ages is pure garbage made for children....I think most hardcore fans prefer to ignore it as part of the canon. Same as with MechAssault. Kiddie stuff not fit for consumption by discerning adults.

So with my snob hat on: No, the Clans never advance beyond the truce line, becuase thats where the canon I choose to recognize ends.
