Amazing puzzle game. The developers deserve in my opinion every penny of it. I believe theyre fairly small though.
Do you like Portal series from Valve? Then you surely as hell going to like this one.

I also recommend Euro Truck Simulator 2. It's fun to own your own truck and trucking company. Hit the open road, play some smooth jazz over the included internet radio function, and hit the open road.
Lastly, some Scribblenaughts Unlimited. Curtsey, but fun because you can create whatever you want and unleash it on the unsuspecting populace. There is nothing like creating a Cthulhu with a mini gun to solve all your problems. The cute carnage can help take our some frustrations.

The new one is honestly pretty calming compared to UFO Defense.
Haven't got into terror from the deep yet but man what I wouldn't give for the cover mechanic. Load down best soldiers with bazooka's, redshirts with laser rifles, and hope there are no crystalids or funding cuts until a few tech breakthroughs happen.

Sometimes it is fun to just... unload. Let it all out.
The first one is my favorite.
OH
And
If you want to cool off... Gauntlet on Steam kicks ass--been playing that, and also doing a playthrough of Stonekeep at the moment. It is old--but lots of fun!
I also modded the crap outta Doom 3 and it looks really nice now.
OH... one more thing--System Shock 1 Enhanced Edition is up on GoG now! I started a new playthrough this weekend, too. That's a great game if you missed it. It is even better if you have original external sound hardware like a Roland SC-55 midi device. The graphics are kinda crummy (even for a game of that age--I think Ultima Underworld 2 looked better than System Shock and UW 2 came out in 92 whereas SS came out in 94), but the gameplay is amazing.
