As title says - AMD Users stay with Catalyst 15.7.1 as their newer Betas have a Memory Leak that causes all Video Ram be used and performance plummet and software crash.

(15.8 suffers for it to a lesser degree)

I would recommend that AMD users switch to NVIDIA, but that is just my opinion. B)

I will never ever do that - i dont spend money to get disapointed/cheated intentionally several times!

If this ever happens that only Nvidia is left i stop gaming!

My previous video card was an AMD, NVIDIA usually has much better drivers.

Both card vendors have their pros and cons. Neither is a saint.

Pick what you can afford that performs the best in that range.

Nvidia has much better performing DX11 drivers, so its a testament to AMD's hardware that it still competes, if AMD spent more time on driver performance then there is no doubt in my mind their cards would have been at the top of the DX11 pile.

Catalyst 15.9.1 Beta adresses the issue it seems:

Resolved Issues:

    • [77609] A video memory leak can occur when browser and other windows are resized

Its not only Nvidia - i will also never buy again Hardware from Asus and MSI - nothing but trouble and let downs...god knows how a crappy Company like MSI stays in Business, i do not know how the manage that...if you want something goes broke with guarantee by MSI. :P

Asus charges an undeserved premium on their cards for nothing special.

MSI is on of the better vendors all round. But Sapphire are the best vendor on the AMD side.
