R as an resistance I or II? nope. Slightly odd thing to do considering you spent real money to get that thing ^^;

No isn't an answer or you just don't want to accept that you can't sell it?

Well if no isn't good enough for you there is the 'maybe' where you can contact support to remove the mech you want however there is no c-bill, mc, or dollar refund for it.

The ® variant is the one that you truly would have spent real cash for as it is the one that has the 30% cbill earnings bonus attached to it. Use that variant, get extra Cbills (cash) to spend on other goodies.

It's the difference between earning 150,000 cbills from a match, or earning 150,000 + 30% = 195,000 cbills. It adds up really quick.

Just to clarify though, you're restricted from selling the "highest valued variant" from any package so that support doesn't get bombarded with messages about "accidentally selling the collector's item" from the collector packages they're selling. In other words, "No, you can't sell it."

If you really don't want to play it strip and sell the equipment. The engine and guns make up most of the value.

seems like a pretty clear cut answer, with some commentary to follow, but yes, it was answered, maybe you just missed it.
Can you sell special variants. No
This is covered int he FAQ section of every one of the packages offered
Example: http://mwomercs.com/...resistance-faq/
See Post #3 - i will quote it here, but its in every FAQ for every package like this

Quote

Q: Can I sell my Special or Standard Variant 'Mechs?
Special Resistance Variants are locked to their MechBay and cannot be sold in-game. These Variants are designated with an {R}.
Standard Variants may be sold normally, freeing their MechBay for use with another 'Mech.

It is a + 30% cbills mech. Don't want it? Give it to me, for free :)

Just thought i'll add this as well. Unlock elite tier skills = complete basic tier skills for 3 different variants of the same chassis (example raven 2X, raven 3L normal or champion and raven 4X)

Need to play "boring" mech to master favorite. That is what i mean.

Doesn't matter what mech. Doesn't matter whether you spent cbills or MC or cash straight up.

You need 3 to master.

Why master? Double basic bonus. Yes, 2x basic. That is 20% faster cooling, 20% higher heat cap, bigger and faster torso twist. These let you fight better.

In short, keep it. You need it to master your favorite. The extra cbills boost means you can buy mechs with cbills faster instead of using cash. Even if you don't like it.

You can always mothball it once you're done.
