None of the buttons on this initial splash screen work (Including "Dismiss"), so I cannot get off the grey screen.

FYI Specs are Windows 10, i7 3930k, GTX970

Run the repair tool, perhaps something is derped up.

Running in a higher resolution than 1080p it looks like, but don't think that would have an effect.

also is this a full screen or full windowed?

Full Windowed, no overwolf. The only overlay style thing even installed on this machine is Nvidia's Shadowplay FPS counter, and it was a fully working install until the Windows 10 update. And yes, the display is 4K, but that has never made a difference before and idk how to change settings outside of the game.

Interestingly, if I alt tab to another window, like to the browser, clicking on it won't bring it in front of all other windows, only alt tabbing.
