One of the largest issues plaguing the dragon is that its giant scnozz can be shot 52 ways from thursday, and one of the reasons is that, as a 60 ton heavy mech, it still takes up more volume than all of the other heavies! If it were rescaled to about 85-90% of its current size, I could see it becoming a lot more viable.

A lot of mechs need re-scaling (though the Dragon needs a hitbox re-work more).

That's how the dragon is supposed to be used.

Harass with the LRMs and AC5 on the way in and then charge a fool for 48 damage then proceed to beat them to death with their own severed arm.

Yeah, I can deal with the scale. Been dealing with it since Closed Beta. But what they recently did to the arm was a nerf. PERIOD

25% of the mechs need rescaled. A lot of the new mechs are smaller than they should be.

We had a vote on this not long ago and most people didn't feel the Dragon needed a rescale (not compared to other mechs anyway). I guess it wasn't seen enough of a problem .

Probably because it's not exactly popular...same with the Trebs. Didn't the Shadow Hawk place higher in the poll than the Treb???

Maybe. I'm actually a bit relieved the Catapult made it. I feared it wasn't popular enough either. Maybe the A1 VCR post keeps it in people's minds *shrug*.
