PGI doesn't have a license for physical goods, as far as i recall.
(Though nothing is preventing you from pulling the models from the game files and printing them out)

I think he meant "ready-to-print" 3D models, which anyone can easily get from PGI (charge-free distribution), 'cause those models are already made
