I would like to spend $60.00 us with an Ultimate Game card to get elite status in the founder's program, but i am not given the option to use a game card. I can however apply some Ultimate points that i had left over from another game to lower the cost of an elite membership. Could you fix this please?

As i know and as u can see on the HP it's only available for a limeted time so there is probably no later.

More payment options please!!! More Credit Cards should be supported. Mine is not. I can use it to pay for games like DDO online, WoT, LOTR online, Everquest etc...
