I'm getting so angry!

I am trying to re-install the game and over and over the follow pop-up shows on the screen:

Setup Faled

One or more issues caused the setup to fail.
Please fix the issues and then retry setup.
For more information see the log bla bla bla.....

I read a few of the other topics and tried the different sollutions but none of them works and now i'm getting so angry and need a good sollution, one that realy works!

My pc is running Windows 10 Home but before this it was 8.1 and 1 year ago it worked exelent!
But the problem started (8,1 was running then) when i moved to another house with internet with a max of speed from 8mb. So i tought that was the problem! But now i moved again and here i have a good connexxion and the problem is still there!!

So please can someone help me? And better someone that speaks dutch.

Hope i can play soon because it's a long time ago

I can't install game too. But may by I try to do this in machine made 2009 year with XP and old hard.

Oh! I made it. It was unknown problem. But now it's OK!
