I'm a Lone Wolf and have every intention on keeping it that way only because there is no true merc element in this game. One could argue what PGI is doing or not doing but thats not why i'm here.

I'm just looking for people to drop with and have some fun while collecting a vast size of mechs. thought I know it seems like i'm asking to be a tag along i have no time for drama or the politics of the "great" houses i'm just here for the fights and C-Bills.

I've tried this in the merc section but it seems even those salty dogs don't like the idea of a lone wolf and yes i know there is a lone wolf group (I used to be a part of it) but sadly the page is dead and no ones around anymore.

Lone wolf means just you.

Loyalists means you stick with one faction (easist way to make good friends) every faction has a TS server you can join and find groups to fight with without any unit requirements.

Mercs will group up and jump around faction for the money.

Kind of sounds like you want to be a merc. There are a lots of them out there just pick one and try it out. MS is one of the largest and might be a good start but not sure because I was never a merc.

Personally I can't stand mercs :)

Sid,

I notice of course you are running FRR. Have you tried the FRR TS3 hub? Though many of us loyalists and mercs have our dedicated channels, most of us just drop with whomever is around. More the merrier.

Teamspeak 3 (its a free download):

Server address: 162.243.239.158:9725
Password: Dragon

One warning though...most of us are idiots and most of us like it that way. So if you are looking for comp level play ask around before you drop (some of the channels are labeled "comp only" or whatever, but they are not consistently recognized by the players as such).

I drop on the FRR hub from time to time - great people - great hub. The main advantage is you can almost always find a open access game in the public CW longships - but there is also a whole lot more than that if you are interested. Some of the best players in the game are frequently passing through the FRR - and you'll get the chance to drop with them as well.

Can't recommend it enough.... especially for the newer CW player.

SPACE VIKINGS!!!
