I've been trying to buy some MC but the transaction won't complete, anyone else having this problem or just me?

Hey there, PGI said last week, that this issue has been sorted.
As it seems it isn't sorted, could you please write a ticket at billing@mwomercs.com ?
Tell them that you couldn't buy via the website and the issue was browser related. They will come back to you and will most likely need informations about your used browser and version to let them try to reprodce the issue.

Hey bros did not work for me either, tried in both chorme and explorer and my cell phone,
and diffrent methods wont process my purchase. sent a ticket will see what happens

MC Store still not working, no matter which browser .
Tried IE, Firefox and Chrome in latest versions ... no chance to buy any MC .

Yup same here, I cannot buy MC. Tryed Chrome, Explorer and Firefox. Also went throught couple browsers from phone (chrome and Dolphin), but same thing.

When I click any of the icons nothing happens.

I have the same issue as Paqu, it seems that https://static.mwome...mwo.2.header.js which contains the jQuery library responds with an empty file, which breaks the MC store. I tried Chrome,Chrome Canary,Firefox,Opera and even mobile browsers , same deal.

The forum pages for example which load https://mwomercs.com...mwo.2.header.js work fine tho.

I had this prior problem with the MC store, but it has been fixed. Today, I have had the same issue when I tried to buy the Riflemen pack... When I pushed "buy" after having inserted my credit card details, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Have you tried using a different browser as workaround? Internet Explorer seemed to help most of the people having this issue.

well, I tried. The Internet Explorer didn't even let me log in...

Maybe this is due to my security settings?

Hm... that is odd.
Does the IE give you an error when you try to log in? Do you have cookies allowed?

Alternativly:
Go to the shop via your normal browser -> try to buy. If nothing happens again press strg+F5 [ctrl+F5] to reload the website without using the cache.
Had an issue some while ago where the first transaction went fine, but the one after that had problems with something inside the cache.

I've tried to contact PGI via MWO's own twitter account to make them notice the issues still exists (after they told me they had fixed it 2 months ago) but they didn't even responded.

Well I won't go all the way and contact support, too. It is their part to get sure the payment can be done, not the part of the customer to try 3 different contacting methods to let them take our money...

The Website has some serious issues with Firefox. My one is up-to-date and I cant buy anything in the store (I switch to iexplore for this). Last week or so the website told me to get a browser that can use JavaScript

i buy some...

but than i get 65.000.000 bc ^^ .....i wonder why ..but hand no time to check ...so i play ..and buy some things..(dont know 55.000.000 left or else..and now i have -15.000.000 ?..lol?...
thats not a big porblem for me but i wonder bit whats wrong here?....

so a official statement would be nice....


and did i have now the 6.500.000 i sould get?.(i read now ^^)...


edit and i found now out i cant change anything anymore (nor colore (i have the color......or else because - bc)
