Well, as you said Orkdung, it's all about the time of day. TCAF does a great job taking planets during their peak times, then the fedrats return the favor during NA times. Ideally we would be able to put together 2 or 3 12mans to regularly "hold the line" during NA peak times. Just get into the planet queue and slow down the ghost drops.
