I would buy the $h!t out of the Phoenix Hawk and Crusader, although we could do away with the leg missile hardpoints.

They'll move them to low torso mounts instead.

Yes, there were LAMS named Stinger, Wasp, and Phoenix Hawk, but they were based off of and made to look like the original battlemechs which shared the name. So two different things.

If I remember correctly, there was a quad LAM too, but can't remember the name.

It was actually a failure (the Scorpion LAM, along with the other boondoggles, the Champion and the bimodal-only Shadow Hawk LAM). The only three that made it into full production were the Phoenix Hawk, Stinger, and Wasp LAMS, the latter two of which are 30 tons vs. the original's 20, and the PXH is 50 rather than 45 tons.

MWO couldn't handle any of them, honestly.

...which is a bloody assault 'Mech with some of the most mono-type hardpoints in the Clan arsenal.

The base model is literally all ballistics, the 2 is all missiles, 3 is all energy, etc. etc....

LAMs: Russ said pretty much "F*** NO."

As for Stinger, Wasp, Valkyrie, and Phoenix Hawk? I'd like to see them introduced in a pack alongside the rollout of the CW 4v4 mode. The 4v4 is supposed to be a 'recon' mode of some sort, right? Those mechs are supposed to be 'recon' mechs primarily, right? Gee, say that don't all go together like peas & carrots.

Not gonna happen, I'm sure. But a girl can dream, can't she? Even a 60 foot tall one covered in armor and with an overrated singing voice...

Agree that "both at once" makes sense for the Stinger and Wasp given the disdain for 20 tonners in MWO. I know I'd pay for them, but understand how others may be wary, even in a pack with other heavier 'Mechs.

Leg hardpoints will be moved to side torsos, just like they did with the Cicada.
