Back in closed beta, we had the option of selecting up to four mechs as 'ready', which added them to a panel on the left hand side of the screen, saving the long trawl through the mech lab.

While the new mechlab is a lot shinier and polished, it would be great to add a 'Favourites' or 'Ready' section to the mechlab. This could be achieved by adding another filter to the mech select screen, perhaps next to the 'Champion Hero Special' buttons.

Adding a Ready button to that filter, and allowing players to select four or five mechs as a favourite, would be a great way to swap chassis between matches, and also help alleviate some of the problems with keeping track of modules across chassis'.

God knows why PGI did not integrate this immediately for the new UI....
