what is everyone using currently for a strong drop deck? My go too right now is three warhammers and an oxide.

Yea that's recommended mechs, but that's not what each person is using. Was wondering if there were any interesting ones out there.

My drop decks use a variety of mechs, of which I have about 30 set up ready to go (including modules).

My standard deck ATM is
Marauder - 2ppc, 2ac5
Warhammer - 2ppc, 2ac5
Marauder - 2lpl, 2 ml, ac10
Cicada - 2erll, 2ml, ecm

I also run decks with Battlemasters, King Crabs, Enforcers, Thunderbolts even a spider occasionally. As things change so do my decks. I usually go dakka heavy on hot maps and use the top one on regular or cold maps.

I am expecting to make room for an Archer next week. Which could see a BJ or later a PHX added to the list, (MAD, WHM, ARC, PHX/BJ)

I have 4 thunderbolts ( 2x top dog, 1x 9se, 1x 5ss).

That is my primary.

Ready to go:

Stalkers (4n, 3h), atlas (d-dc, s), loyalty k-crab, marauder bh-2, blackjack (1X, 1, 3), griffin 2n, raven (3L, 2x huggin), Firestarter s, locust pb.

All are fun and can have variable success.

If I am pugging I take ECM mechs (so many lrms, so many, many lrms). Usually 3 Cataphract 0xps (various load outs) and a Cicada 3M (2LPL); but depending on the map, mode and/or mood I may even bring a DDC, one or more Griffins, etc.

If I am running with a group of mostly higher Tier players, or folks who are really in no mood to mess around, I bring fast heavies, usually a T-bolt, Black Knight and two Quickdraws with near meta builds.

If I am playing with other intoxicated casuals:
Hot maps attack: Cataphract IM, two Jaggers and a Quickdraw IV-4.
Hot Map Defense: A 4UAC5 Mauler, a Jagger, an IV-4 and a Black Jack.

My heat indifferent/mobile deck is: Two Grasshoppers and 2 Quickdraws.
If I just need C-bills: a Black Knight 6-R, A Top Dog, a Crab 27-R, and a Warhammer 6-D (yeah, yeah, the Hammer has no bonus).

But honestly all this goes out the window probably 75% of the time as whomever is running the drop will have something specific in mind (hey lets do a Hero drop; hey lets have a few LRM boats 2nd wave, someone bring a Narc Raven; hey lets do Assaults and lights; etc.) In which case I will drop with whatever they want.

Finally, and most often what happens is that I end up dropping with whatever was loaded the last time I played, since I don't have time to get the deck I want set -once we know what map we are on (Please give us a saved drop deck option PGI. Please).

1xVictor-9K, 1xVictor-9S, 1x Thunderbolt 5ss, 1xRaven-3L.
Victors are very powerful if used with proper weapons. Still, they are quite hard to play since you are forced to use different weapons and you don't have those armor/structure quirks.

Im running 3 x BLKNT with MPL/ML mixed builds and a Pulsestarter for IS and love it. Sometimes I mix in an LPL BLKNT if it seems necessary.

For Clan it is my favorite mech and build in the game, the "Focke Wulf" build of the EBJ x 4.

Varies map to map.

5xAC5 Mauler.

BLR 1G with 3lpls and 3mls.

BJ 1X 2lpls 3mls

Panther with 2lpls

Sometimes I'll go to a Zeus with 3lpls and 2xac5s and bump the Mauler to a Banshee

Well I'm still pretty new to CW and also coming back from a long absence from the game so I' pretty much sticking to some of the top mechs suggested on Metamechs.

Stalker 4N: 6 LL
Thunderbolt 9SE: 3 LPL
Thunderbolt 5SS: 3LPL
BlackJack 1X: 3LL, 2ML

I realize my 5SS build isn't optimal per the quirks but being a less experience player I opted to simplify things a bit by duplicating my 9SE while I grind through the 5SS. Eventually it will be replaced with another 9SE. I'l probably also pick up a duplicate BJ-1X and STK-4N as well. That way I'll have the option of using my current drop deck or two STK-4N + two BJ-1X.

For cbill-grind I use:

CTF-IM (3erlls and gauss)
STK-Misery (AC20 + 3 Lpls)
BLR-2C (3lpls + 2mls)
LCT-PB (4spls + 1MG)

I'll switch the muromets and PB to something more usefull if CW starts to mean something more than grinding.
The Misery feels surprisingly good although somewhat off meta

when I play clan I use:

3 Timbis (Mostly laservomit, sometimes the srm6 + spl-brawler or 2erppc + gauss when I'm in the mood)
1 ACH (sls or spls)

2 timbis, dakka-ebonjag or erll Helbringer for Boreal and a fridge (Ice ferret with spls)

Currently working on that "Stormtrooper" deck, but I've also used 2x Centurion, RFL 5D, Atlas. The rifleman is kinda my stop gap measure until I buy the quickdraws.
