I've just finished a mechbay tour across all the IS factions, and I can definitely say that FRR is by far the most organized faction, with their TS hub being used all the time by people from different units and unit-less guys like me alike. And the drops themselves are fairly organized as well.

Now I want to purchase a couple clan mechs and do some CW with clans, and I wonder which of the clans is the most organized as a faction (rather than specific unit(s)).

Ghost Bear is starting to get organized with their hub TS right now.

Most are all the same in organized level because most of them use the Clan Hub

Wolf has been pretty organize ,but Ghost bear is probably getting better I cannot say for jade or smokeys.

The one MS, or 228, or the bigger units are in at any given time.

228 is DC atm, so we can't help you there...

We were gb a month ago and it went pretty well mixing with the locals...

SJ might be the easiest for finding matches as they are on a lot of borders...

I'm not looking to join a unit, that's why I was asking which clan is more organized as a whole. Of course, if there are one or two huge units that keep the faction going, that'll work, too.

What I want is to queue up in LFG and / or join the LFG channel on TS, and be picked up reasonably soon by a lobby that has a drop commander.

It seems to me Clan Wolf is supporting the other clans. Clan Ghost Bear has given up a lot of territory lately, indicating that their military strength has diminished.

Clan Smoke Jaguar was on the verge of collapse a few weeks ago, but recently is making good headway recently though much of their war effort was supported by the Clan Wolf Touman.

Clan Wolf isn't even close to being organized unless in 12man Drops.

In the past it was Clan Wolf, btu the major loyalist Wolf units got tired after Tukkayyid 2 event. Currently it's hard to say, basically whatever MS is in ahs the best "organisation" even if it's just mobilising a zerging mass.

Smoke Jag is losing two planets tonight and will totally conquered by next week, Ghost Bear is already conquered. Wolf has trouble making a good rally to attack a planet.

So by the process of elimination, clan jade falcon is the most organized with the best pilots...EVIL and Loken Ten and KCOM

That's only cause the week prior a big Merc group were there and the Steiner's were all just smoking on the forum about streakcrows because they couldn't counter them.

So now the population has altered a little Jade won't be pressing as much the next week.

Usual cycle, it'll change again in 7 days.

I don't know about the other clans, but I know Clan Ghost Bear International's TS hub is getting more and more active with it's open policy of letting any Ghost Bear in without a password and join any group.

Great people living there and there is always someone to talk to or join up with.

A few units so far are using it at least partly as a hub for FW, and more coming in.

The more the merrier. StranaMechty TS is fine and dandy, but it's for all Clans.

the CGBI hub is only for Ghost Bear coordination so for strategically organizing GB drops. We go to StranaMechty to communicate with the other Clans and sync with them though, keep the information flowing.
