Some Links For Forum Are Broken

Some links in the forum appear to be broken. The links are leaving the trailing "/" off and is causing a 404 error using IE 11. The links point to http://mwomercs.com/forums instead of http://mwomercs.com/forums/

The link in the large box at the top of the page works. it seems all others I have tried does not.

Im using Crome and Firefox and both links are working and sending me to the basic forum overview page.

Using Opera and no issue with both links, too.

Whatever was causing the problem was either fixed or corrected itself on my end.
