No just to many E HPs
Laservomit 58dmg with cooldown modules 3.4sec - with staggering fire the last (third salvo) 9.2sec - 174 dmg in 9sec - are you dead? Maybe twisting is a thing. Coolshots Hm maybe you can get 5 alpha.
Btw a As7-S could do the same in 4sec nerf Atlas?

PGI needs to reduce or remove the clan nerfs, unlock some equipment, etc

Um... How about engaging outside its operational range?
I'm truly growing weary with this "this hard, make it easier" crowd... Try understanding you enemies weakness and strengths. It quite refreshing!

The reason it has good quirks is because it's weapon mounts are all belly level. It's strong yes, but I don't know if it really needs another nerf. I would like to see how balance would stand if they gave Clan small and medium lasers their range back.
