Founders Access is not guaranteed until August 7th, it says that on the buy page.
If you are lucky, you can get beta access before then, but this is by random allotment.

Founders Access starts on 7th August, as the Threads all say.
To start earlier, you'd have to be chosen for Beta.
Where and how the game then is downloaded has not been said until now.
