Error 67, Downloaded Hot Fix, Client Wont Launch

Hey everyone,

has anyone experienced a issue since the hotfix today with the client not wanting to launch? It is stuck on the connecting wheel after I typed my password in. Relaunched the client twice and used the repair tool, but so far nothing.

I assume you're not using the Steam client?

It's not clear from your post.

Correct, should I?

I just tried again and got a " There was a error during the login process. Please try again or contact Support. Error code 67"

Exact same thing I got. Error code 67 and you cant launch the game. Same passowrd on my main and alt for years and connection is good

Yeap just kicks you out after the login. The you go back to the login screen.

I just got this, I was actually in gae right before and got kicked out of mechlab to login.

I suspect somthing on the server end, OR maybe something ISP related is going on. Maybe HAX! I dunno, I had this happen one other time that was memorable enough and after a bit of time things just started working again.

Any devs or mods around to verify if there is something going on?

Yep same thing happened to me, error code 67. It also happened right after I finished a match after already joining the game fine post-patch.

I'm playing through the steam client, btw.

I also have been having difficulty after the latest hot fix. Had error 67, it saying Im not connected to the internet, server time out, the works.
And my favorite Unknown Failure.
Did the fix program on the launcher screen, Did nothing notable.
Not making me the most happy person on the planet right now.

I have not had an issue with a patch in this manner since I switched to using steam with my MWO.

Same problem here. I was playing about 12pm pacific just fine. I closed the game (steam client) around 1pm. In launching the game at 6pm pacific after confirming through Steam that it updated the client just before 4pm, I'm now getting connection problems and error 67.

I'm also having trouble loading the mwomercs.com forum.

I have no problems loading other sites or services. All of my ping and traceroute tests to other sites come back flawless.

Same problems here, ran patcher, ran repair tool, reinstalled game. keep getting unknown error, or cant connect check your internet connection, or error code 67. would like a refund on premium time. this is ridiculous.

Hey everyone,

We're seeing these same reports coming into Support services over the last half hour or so, and so far the common denominator we're seeing is that the majority of the players affected are either running under Time Warner Cable for their ISP, or the ISP they are using operates on or utilizes TWC's network. While your internet is still functioning, an issue is occurring somewhere in TWC's services that are causing these time outs to our servers for players running on the TWC network.
Comcast also appears to be reporting issues right now, but most of what we're seeing on the support side involves TWC so far.

If you're getting hit with Error 67 please send off a ticket to technical@mwomercs.com so we can get some diagnostic information from you, and if you have a moment try to check in with your ISP to see if they are reporting any ongoing issues.

You can get a sense of the currently reported issues with TWC services here: http://outage.report/time-warner-cable

Im not Time Warner and can connect to any other site I want without problems.

It's not just Time Warner.
Unknown failures and error code 67.

I sent in an email to the address listed including a traceroute.

Same for me on my main internet but if I switch to my backup internet logs in fine problem is my backup sux and the ping is terrible so I too hope it is fixed soon

Not making any claims about it being fixed for good, but for now I was able to log in as quickly as I usually am able to log in.

Made it to mechlab, can switch mechs, loaded into a match just fine.
