where is it, if i want the interface in english not just partly translated?

The whole game and forum is in english (with the exception of the international subforums).
Not sure what you mean by "partially translated".
And as both of them have no localization you cannot change the language

the forum itself seems clean, but the surrounding site isn't.

for me the site starts with this(obvious translations marked):
:
[MWO][SPIEL][STORE] [FORUM] [COMMUNITY][SUPPORT][CODE EINLÖSEN][ANMELDEN/ONLINE][PROFIL][ABMELDEN]

if i click on my very german 'PROFIL' i get this submenue:

PROFIL - CREDITS - EMAIL ADRESSE - NAME - PASSWORT - STATISTIKEN - CONTENT - CODE EINLÖSEN - FORUM PROFIL - PREORDERS

when i click on STATISTIKEN i get:

MWO / PROFILE / STATS

HERAUSFORDERUNGEN | BASIS | MECH | WAFFEN | PILOTEN MODUL | KARTEN | GAMEMODUS

indeed the statics module subpages seems almost fully translated, at least for me ...

Oh ok. Didn't knew this, but there seems to be some kind of localization in here...

Just go to the bottom of the page and have a look under the big "We are Hiring" banner. There you can change it from "german" back to "english"
