Now that the Oculus Rift is out and MWO somewhat supports it, are there any settings or command line switches or configuration file changes that I need to make to get the optimal experience? If not, I'll try to put something together once I get mine on Friday.

The only way is to use VorpX.
But its not like a native VR Support like Eve.
I tried it in the last days with my CV1 but im not really happy with it. Its not really an IN Feeling. But its the best you can get atm.
Im still optimize my Vorpx Settings.
