[Kalimaster]

Back when I was a kid (and I'm not saying when), there was an old house that used to sit in the neighborhood. My friends and I had convinced ourselves that it was haunted. While we had no idea what a "ghost" was, we nevertheless had our belief that something unseen would "get us" if we dared step inside. I was perhaps 8 at the time, and boys being boys, upon one eve we dared each other to go up to the house. We crept up the irrigation ditch and up the bank towards the back of the house. No there was not any water in the ditch at the time. Anyway, we made it to the back porch and took our first step up onto the old weather beaten back porch. The wood squeaked underneath our feet and we took off at a dead run. The things I did as a kid...
