I notice that the main MWO page hijacks the keyboard shortcut for navigating back one page to flip through the slide deck at the top of the page.
That's obnoxious. Maybe the site should distinguish between the user pressing the left cursor key and someone pressing alt-left, so that it doesn't override basic navigation shortcuts.

Scratch my previous... I've just discovered this is intercepting both Back and Forward commands on the Keyboard in FireFox. This is the first website in some time that has successfully done that to me.

How do you mean, when you say they work? To rotate the carousel, which it shouldn't be doing; or to go back and forward, which it should be doing?

Did a second test. Now I see the issue.
The first time was done with the MWO main page opened the moment the browser started with a follow up click to the forums. Alt left/right worked just fine there. No carousel movement
But, this time I clicked somewhere else the moment the browser started, clicked to the MWO main page in the middle, and then to the forums.
Alt left worked up to the MWO main page, and then both commands (alt left/right) were hijacked from there.
So, Chrome is also affected in that one instance.
