I am deeply troubled once more as yet another city has come under attack.

I want to let the people of Munich Germany know that I am deeply saddened by the violence that transpired at the mall. I wish that I had the words to say that would make the pain go away, but I don't. I can only hope that you can find peace, love, and compassion in these troubled times.

My grandmother's family was originally from the Dortmund area before coming to America. I still have extended family there.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Germany this evening.
