Man, I been going heavy on the ... lemme find it cause its awesome
THAT stuff. Ive been putting it on nearly everything I make and it turns meat into meat candy.
I put it on my Brats when I was grilling them and again meat candy, but the thought occurred to me:
Im taking German meats, and putting a Maine made sauce based on the recipe made in New Orleans (As thats where I think bourbon sauce comes from), combined with authentic Maine made maple syrup. Woo its a multicultural food!
As to the small or largemouth question, they seem to be small based on

The annoying part is the deepest parts of the lake I dont have access to because the area known as "the narrows" is impassable because of a state ordinance where theyre returning all the waterways to their original state and removing many many dams etc.
The circled area cant be accessed by the water anymore and the right hand side of the line as it intersects the lake is pretty much where its impassable right now
The funny thing is that one 42 deep area by where sample station #2 was is literally a 5 foot wide hole and impossible to find unless you know where exactly it is lol. My uncle goes ice fishing there and he's tried to tell me where it is but I cant find the damned thing lol

also, I apparently dont know how to read the scale because I thought it was closer to 5 than to zero (lol) so I asked the guy for enlightenment in the following manner:
Quote
Normally a scale has numbers or at least hashes that equal numbers leading from zero to a number. in this case 0 - 5. You read the scale by counting the hashes between zero and the next number that the scale is showing.
Usually, youd have 4 hashes between the zero and the five, but in this case, it has a crapload. So When the needle was closer to 5, than it was to zero, I rounded it to the nearest visible number. Wasnt trying to exaggerate, was working with the numbers I could see on the scale.
lol

I would fish more if I could cook better and knew for certain I was going to eat the fish I killed.
