Hello im searching for an inner sphere Unit i were in Skye Rangers but its dead for me nothing happens no CW just nothing so i decided to find a new unit. Im 23year old Polish pilot[/color]

Yep SRoT has only few active EU pilots. Try DG12 or -TJ-, OSOS for Steiner. But most of Steiner EU units are german based.

It dont have to be Steiner Faction, but it have ti be IS cos i have only IS mechs

What exactly are you looking for in a unit? Casual? Hardcore competitive? Or a mix between the two?
Also, what kind of time tables are you able to give? You say you're Polish, and I'm guessing by your written English, can you speak it descent enough?

We are the Black Forge (BLF), we are a Very organized, and have a hardcore playstyle. We are competitive, however not Hardcore Competitive. We are an IS merc unit who pride ourselves on a family orientation, who can take avg pilots and making them into great pilots who can work as a team. We are not a big unit, but we do have dedicated members.

I'm looking for a few recruits at this time, but if our play styles don't fit, that's perfectly ok, and I wish the best of luck to you. I recommend popping onto the Marik TS hub, at housmarike.enjinvoice.com. We have a number of units of various flavors, some more active in CW than others, and you shouldn't have any problems finding a fun group to play with, even if you don't end up joining any unit.

It depends who you wanna fight against. If you want to fight against clans, then Steiner or FRR. otherwise you will just have to drop on other faction defense planets. If against IS, then try Davion or Liao

It will matter how fast/and if. you can find drops. If playing with Germans no problem try DG12 good and active unit.

Well you could give Midgard Inc. (MGD) a whirl.
We are new but not dead at all, we currently have 11 members and focus on faction warfare most of the time but also do quite a bit of quick plays.
We are casual based so no hardcore competitiveness here if that is something you care about.

Since phase 3 Marik has been loosing FP/CW players, Seraphim an entire unit left Marik pretty recently. So honestly your going to be dissapointed with FP/CW if thats the main reason you want to join Marik for.
