I had a similar problem when recording with msi afterburner.
It was possible to create a "device" in windows that bundled it all, think it was called stereo mix.
Alas I use a mouse button to push to talk and that wasn't supported by msi afterburner (so I couldn't record my own mic)
I've stopped recording, so I'm not familiar with the ins and outs anymore, I guess if you select the right devices it should work. Msi afterburner also has a "downmix to stereo" option, if you don't do this there will be more channels, nice for editing, since you can turn chatter on and off and change volume and such, but if you play the video with media player you might not hear the extra channels, so downmix if you want something quick and dirty.
msi afterburner is free, might want to check it out, you can just ignore the overclocking and monitoring parts of the program
