I am looking for an organized merc group of older players that use ts3 voice comms. I'm not interested in all the grab *** drama queen nonsense, just some hard core players that work like a well oiled machine.

I played the game in beta and came back this spring and really enjoy the game. I'm currently tier 2 and I have 65 mech units 59 which are master. I prefer mainly clan mechs but also have a variety inner sphere from light to assault.

I am a prior active military guy that served during the first gulf war. Playing with people that have no situation awareness, roam around clueless, and do not understand the concept of focus fire really annoy the hell out me. If you're looking for a hard core team player that can fill any role I would enjoy grouping up with your unit to see if we're a good fit, thanks.
