Is there somewhere I can find a list of all the spawn coordinates for each map?

Those maps don't have everything, and I've discovered the information to be out-of-date in some cases. However, you can listen to In-Game VoIP. Sometimes there will be someone who calls out where the opposite side's dropships just left from, which gives away the opponents' initial spawn. That will enable you to plan over time as to what you can do, based on where the enemy could have gone. :)

In many of the game modes you can actually see the other side's drop ships. That gives you a good idea where they dropped. Unfortunately it doesn't give you much useful information. All of the maps with drop ships are on the larger side. By the time you get anywhere near the initial drop point, the enemy team has obviously had time to move elsewhere. It only seems useful for finding that disconnected mech.
