Hey,

Im looking to join an active unit - daily matches that play 1700-2300 GMT (UK/EU time)
I experienced and Tier 3 -plenty of mechs. =)

He has just reached tier 3. I had it too when I reached it, that I go forward a bit, and few losses later you drop back to tier 4. Over time you get far enough from the border than even after some losses you are still tier 3.
