Hello! Didn't get appreciation rewards mechs (only get cataphract) so i want to send ticket to support, but can't. Every time when im trying i got mail back to me with information like this:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
accounts@mwomercs.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain mwomercs.com by mail.mwomercs.com. [216.70.64.186].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 unknown user
Could you help me with both issues? I mean ticket sending problem and mechs that i should get?

I'm going to back this topic up with similiar issues. I purchased the bushwacker and hero, according to my account it took place on Jan 9th. I have not recieved them, or any codes to redeem. I attempted to contact billing via the hyperlink on the MWO pages, and i get an error code of 302. I'll admit i am definitely a bit irritated by this, has a bit of an underhanded feel to me but i'm hoping things will get squared up soon.

Hi, have sou tried to send the mail manually? Without clicking the hyperlink?
And try doublechecking, that you are using the same email address as for loggin in to the game/forum.
