A funny thing happened on the way to the forums....

We had a great conversation, but that isn't the point.

I saw Caesar chasing a chicken with a bronze tipped sword in the shape of a Belgian waffle....

Beginning today, we will be instituting a two week recruitment freeze within the Skjaldborg. Recruitment is planned to re-open on 8/24.

The past few weeks have seen an explosion of applications (including 40+ in a one week period), and we need time to get everyone settled in. We will be taking this break to consolidate and organize both our new and existing members. Those who haven't been getting involved in their existing Lance may be transferred to Unassigned to allow new members who HAVE been getting involved the space. Your Lance Leaders will be getting in contact with you during this period, please make sure that you respond.

Our goal by the end of this is to have as many of our 180+ members assigned to Lances and involved with the unit as possible. In some cases, we may be removing members who haven't been involved and fail to respond to our attempts to GET them involved. We need to lean things out and get our base squared away.

For those looking to apply during this period, you are still welcome to come by our forums or our TeamSpeak and chat with us. Doing so, and showing patience during this process, will reflect well upon you when the recruitment is re-opened.

Hey guys, i know you have closed recruiting but, for future consideration, i wanted to ask you if you have a healthy european playerbase (i'm GMT +2). Don't mind playing on a slightly higher ping. Thanks.

I would have to say yes, though its just my opinion and I don't have numbers. I know of several British, Finish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and Italian.

Also, forgot to mention this...

We have companies organized around GMT or North America play (about 1 in 3 are GMT). That said, I know that Command is planning to play on NA servers.
