We have seen similar issues in the past and would ask you to perform the following actions:
-Make sure you're logged out of both the game client and the website.
-Clear your browser cache, close it and reopen it.
-Login in to http://mwomercs.com
-At the top right of the page click on PROFILE (this triggers some sort of manual sync of your account, but not as the real one we do)
We sincerely apologize about that and hope you understand we're doing our best to deploy new features, fix bugs and what not but sometimes we have little hiccups such as this one.
Please contact us back if the above did not resolve your issue, and we will see what else we can do.
Saddly this didn't work so replied back telling them as much. No word back yet... maybe that process will help someone else though. Good luck.
