I may have a similar issue, going to give it a day or so, see if it clears up.
Have been charged, don't have the icon, didn't recieve any emails.
I suppose it's a problem with using 3rd party payment processing, though most payment companies at least shoot you an email when they charge you.

Ah there we go, at least it didn't take too long to clear through. Yay!

ok just an update, i am ignoring the fact i have been charged for something i didnt receive, that is now a seperate issue in my head and will resolve it with playscam.

I have used my card to buy the elite account and the screen just blanked, upon trying to re enter my card details its says 'welcome back'?

Has my purchase worked?

im not pressing 'buy' again. just incase.

Will give it an hour see where it ends up. i hope by testing where things have happened/ gone wrong some info may seep through and help others in this predicament.

After I typed in my credit card # and clicking submit, it just brought up the same box with blank fields. Unsure of where to go next. Credit doesn't appear to have been charged. This is also a test message to see if my founders badge shows up.

I spent the 120 for the founders and it's been over eight hours with no confirmation other than payment was recieved. Looks like customer support is my only hope.
