Founders accounts wont be active until 8/7 i found and you might not have the new patch, mine showed nothing as well until todays patch.

I'm sure everyone else knows that already, what they (and they have every right) want is their beta access. It stated that when you bought founder, you would join the closed beta, with Founder stuff starting on 8/7.

I would like to see the stats for the frequency of each founders mech chosen.

Took me an hour or so to get to Vet status, now still waiting for Elite. Will check back tomorow.

ok as you are a staff member perhaps you can answer this question:

IF i re-try to buy the elite pack, and this one works how do i go about getting my money back for whatever has happened here with the first one? Or do i wait and hope this is resolved at the company end? because regardless of what your system says my paypal and current bank account say otherwise and that's money i have invested into a F2P game and 'you abandoned the account' does not work for me. As it seems the money was taken and the abandonment is not from my end.....

Currently the delay is with Playspan to send our servers notification that they received the payment. Playspan did some maintenance last night and since then it seems to be taking much longer for this process of sending us confirmation than it did prior. We are emailing Playspan about it. Sorry for the wait.

Well, worked for me now, took bout an hourish. Now to see if I enjoy the game, and if I do, upgrade to Elite :)

Best that you talk with support@mwomercs.com as our system says you have not paid yet. But please email them and Im positive they will get it figured out. Apologies for any problems.

Mine just went through, took around 1 hr.
"Thank you for your recent MechWarrior Online purchase via UltimatePay."

Got an email reciept as well, in case anyone wonders if there's a reciept.

Just payed my $60 for founders 30 mins ago nothing yet. Nice to know what the slow down is though, thank you.

Pershaw, what time did you complete your purchase? Just wondering about how long it is taking them to get through the back log. Also, I appreciate the response back from Russ. It is nice that staff is looking into this.

Have a problem myself trying to purchase a founders, put in all the CC info hit continue, page goes blank, then resets with all the CC info windows blank. no conformation, no declined nothing.

Tried twice now, hope I don't get double charged.

I feel the same way. i bought the founders package (elite to be exact) and it is taking a while to confirm it. at least I "THINK" it is. or else im going to have to repurchase.

Yep same here, I bought the 30$ package a few minutes ago. I hit "Confirm" and all it did was close the window, I didnt even get a "Thanks for buying" thing, so its got me worried as well lol.

Just a quick edit here. Took only about 1.5 hours for everything to go through, but its all good to go now.

About 20-30 minutes before my first post in this thread (Posted Today, 09:14 PM)
So before 09:00 wasn't really looking at when, and there's no time in the receipt when it was recieved just todays date.
