argh.. I'm in the same boat, I hate Payspan. The company is sooo bad, wot and many other ftp mmos use them. I hope this game starts offering amazon transactions, like wot, though its currently just starter packages. My wife used my paypal for a game that used payspan using my paypal, which confused their systems, so they took the money and didnt give the virtual currency. Then later locked her account.. now see doesnt want to play anymore =(

Once again do not try again you may get double charged then we will need to deal with that.

It looks like Playspan has added an emergency maintanance tonight to fix what they seem to have broke. These transactions for founders use to be instant or near enough at 1 minute.

Since last nights maintanance by Playspan it is more like an hour ish. Hopefully they fix it tonight.

Until then if you did a transaction wait at least an hour before you explore solutions. Sorry for the Hassle.

Thanks for the headsup, Russ :) I just bought Founders and am now looking around on the forums, and I have to say... so far, I'm impressed with your customer service.

I'll just wait it out.

As spellshaperCZ asked, is there any way to get the client prior to activation? That'd be swell :)

Sorry no way to download until activation. I will be watching and refreshing this page to see how long it takes to get your founders.

almost 2 hours paid with Paypal and still "Pending" with no email :(

EDIT: Just got mine, took approx 2 hours.

LOL! The problem is that with my new motherboard and SSDs re-installing my OS would only take about 15min. Not counting all the updates, and restarts, which only take about another two hours. Still since I just did that a few weeks ago I'm going to pass.

I understand technical issues, but these things should have been tested and worked out before taking people's money. If nothing else, I could be downloading the client right now instead of waiting around for what feels like a ransom email.

I'm excited about this game, but I am NOT impressed with this process. You want happy customers, you need to provide something other than excuses. We should all be upgraded for our patience.

Emergency maintanance? does that mean buying during that time mean you wont get transacted until its finished?

lol I know how you feel.. when I was waiting on my Founder invite (took 14 rounds of invites) it felt like I was waiting for months and month.. :)

Uhm.. you do realise that Playspan has NOTHING to do with Piranha, right? Playspan is part of the Visa network.

It's cool to be annoyed. Especially for valid reasons. But... you know... it'll all work out. I'm seeing people upgraded to founders as this thread continues.

This seems to happen with every massive influx of players. A day or two of everyone's systems trying to handle the strain. Don't worry, you're not missing much as that the game will do a final wipe on the 7th before being persistent, right?
