Ah was wondering what was up. Poopies! Now I have to wait, and Mechwarrior is about the only game on the planet that can make me impatient anymore. :)

Purchased at approximately 5pm Pacific Time. As of 7PM Pacific Time I still have received no email. Will update when/if it arrives.

Seems the system problems that Playspan are having is getting worse and worse.. hopefully whatever they do tonight fixes the problem.. but until then, it seems it's going to be slow going... Your frustration and concern is understandable but rest assured that people are still getting in, albeit much slower than before..

When I first started to come across posts about this, the delay was around 15 to 30 mins.. then as the day progressed, I started to see that delay increase to around 1 hour.. then to 1.5 hours.. now it appears to be over 2 hours. Obviously PlaySpan (Visa) have a bigger problem than they originally thought and the problem is getting exponentially worse.

At the end of the day:

1. Playspan is not Piranha.
2. People are still getting in, just at an ever slower rate.
3. Playspan have stated they will be doing an update overnight to fix the problems and payments should be processed within 1 minute again.

strange, wonder what broke in the system though. back when i got founders pack after the announcement, it pretty much reflected my purchase within 30 minutes!

lets all take a deep breath and remember what beta means.
things will go wrong.

i put money into this because ive enjoyed mech warrior games for years, not to play the beta a few weeks before it launches.

waited this long, a few hours/days/weeks isnt much longer in the big perspective of things, haha.

I actually agree. Unless things improve, I foresee the same issue when open beta hits. Someone needs to go to Playspan HQ and slap them around since all the issues seem to be on their end.

Man should have read this thread before buying wouldn't have bought it. Go fig wonder what problems they will have on launch, seems companys can't get their stuff together nowa days.

I agree I'm about fed up with companies doing this think this is the last time I buy into this. From Diablo to this companies just don't give a crap about customers anymore. This will be the only 30 dollars I spend for this game and like all other free to play if problems persist people won't play.
