I know it is early for this topic. Especially since we don't know what mech chassis we will have access to.
Not sure if this has been talked about yet.

But one thing I would like to see are Faction based mechs.

Where we are mercs, and throwing our support to a given House. I would like our support of that House unlock some mech chassis for which that House is known.

Meaning...you are unable to buy a Panther unless you work for House Kurita. Or you can buy a Panther anywhere, but it is a much lower price if you are working for House Kurita.

Raven for House Liao...

Valkyrie for House Davion...

Sure hop once community warfare starts you can gain prestige with your house/clan and earn these faction mechs that only that house has. Mercs would pledge their loyalty to a house instead of actually working as a subordinate of it.
