House Davion of course. Even with the Federated Commonwealth. Man do I have fond memories of Mechwarrior on GEnie , using my thrustmaster joystick, throttle and peddles for dueling on Solaris. Of course this was 3025 not 3050, that's ok the coming of the Clans was a brilliant addition to the games world depth.

Honestly, the best translation to date was the version on the Tesla Pods, where you actually worked the controls as if you were driving a real machine. The PC games were fun, but not the same. I figure this will fall in between as far as the overall experience.

Davion or FC, depending on what's available. First played in '87 when FASA ran a game at a con. I got placed into Davion. My Centurion and Valkyrie made it to the end of an epic invasion, capture, and city battle.
